November 6-8

COST

$100 for the entire 3 day weekend

SET UP

Vendors will be allowed in at 8:00AM on Thursday, November 5 (the day before the event) to set up their booth. The booth must be set up no later than 7PM.

TAKE DOWN

Vendors are not permitted to take down any earlier than Sunday, November 8, at 3PM. Vendors are expected to be out of the facility at 5PM on Sunday.

PROVIDED

• Space size 15’x15′
• Two 8’x3′ tables will be provided
• Outlet is provided but it is recommended that you bring an extension cord since it may be several feet away from your booth.

PARKING

Feel free to park close to the door while unloading the day before. However, you MUST move your car away from the entrance when done.
